At Paperless Post Party Shop, we want your celebration to be perfect; if you are not completely satisfied, you can return unused and unopened items within 30 days of delivery. Please note that personalized orders and seasonal clearance items are considered final sale and cannot be returned.

Visit our online returns portal with your order number and zip code to select the items you wish to send back and receive a return authorization.
Prepare Your Package
Carefully pack the unused items in their original packaging to ensure they are protected during transit back to our warehouse.
Label and Ship
Affix the prepaid shipping label provided via the portal to your package and drop it off at any authorized carrier location.
Receive Your Refund
Once our team inspects the returned goods, we will issue a refund to your original payment method within 5-7 business days.
